We have an opportunity for an individual to join our digital team responsible for traditional web, email promotions, social media, advertising or any other avenue within the digital space. You will be part of a team that creates intuitive, meticulous, visually stimulating creative concepts that enable a positive user experience, driving consumer response every step of the way. This team is constantly seeking new, innovative ways to design and create deeper levels of engagement with the target audience.
Our ideal candidate is a hands-on conceptual designer and able to own the project from concept through completion. You must be a strategic thinker who is able to articulate why and how the designs meet the objectives and goals of the project.
Responsibilities:
• Work with CD, ACD and AD to design creative solutions aligned with business objectives
• Create emails, banners and websites that generate consumer engagement
• Balance superior production quality and “speed to market” objectives
• Possess extensive knowledge of general, web-based & design applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Adhere to RR Donnelley as well as client's IT policies and workflow procedures
• Organize and set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation as necessary
• Gather and organize assets from client
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time and deliver on time, in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in web or graphic design or related area
• 3+ years digital industry experience
• A fantastic portfolio of original, clean user-friendly designs
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in video editing software such as After Effects and/or Premier is a plus
• Acute attention to detail
• Social media acumen
• An experienced problem solver
• A savvy communicator
• A solid understanding of HTML/CSS. Hands-on experience with basic front-end developing is a plus
• Basic understanding of technology and how to apply it. Prototype experience is a plus
• Experience working within Content Management Systems
• Experience working with Google Analytics
• A desire to learn and master new software and technologies
