To lead the for dunnhumby, to deliver recognizable value to and dunnhumby, through dunnhumby’s vision of using data and science to delight customers, earn loyalty and grow our partners sales.
• Develops the overall vision & long-term strategy for managing the client(s) in order to deliver measurable value for the customer, strategic business benefits for clients & sustainable revenues for dunnhumby, in a profitable manner.
• Drives engagement with key stakeholders often at board level communicating the value / benefits our work is contributing to their business and positioning dunnhumby as a key strategic partner (where appropriate) and in future key opportunity areas.
• Manages selected Organisation Engagement efforts, in collaboration with specialists as necessary, toward embedding a sustainable customer-loyal culture within the client.
• Collaborates with the Head of Country, Head of Solutions, Media Director and Client Directors to develop client strategies and plans based on a comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs and priorities ensuring that these plans are executed to a brilliant standard.
• Build revenue & headcount forecasts for your client portfolio, update these monthly and input into the long-term planning process and where appropriate, manage a revenue stream of £5m+ and deliver the P&L for the client portfolio, achieving the net revenue
• Conduct regular business performance reviews internally with teams and externally with clients to ensure value is being delivered to both parties in the most efficient way.
• Drive the integration of dunnhumby data, solutions and tools into our clients’ collaborative business planning and measurement processes in ways that lead to consistent, efficient, effective utilization of customer insights to grow business results.
• Champion and capture best practice from capability areas and other markets whilst capturing the value created for clients and customers through the creation of case studies.
Qualifications
