Department – Digital Investment:
Our Digital Investment teams are critical in bringing our media plans to life. We work in conjunction with our planning teams and are responsible for the negotiating and purchasing of digital media real estate. We are an integral part in capturing a client’s vision to reach the intended audience.

How we’ll grow together:
• Building a cohesive digital team to drive client’s business forward and deliver results
Meat and Potatoes:
• Work with Leadership to develop and roll out digital go to market approach and apply best in class ways of working
• Continue to drive consistent process and approach to marketplace dealings and cascade to teams
• Facilitate communication between DIG and analytics/planning/adops to bring client strategies to life in digital and execute campaigns to seamlessly
• Drive client and GroupM approach to digital forward in the marketplace across vendor community
• Active role in evaluating & benchmarking marketplace to drive YOY efficiencies and value for client
• Thought leadership to senior client partners, advising on digital approach across display, video, social. Drives holistic digital approach to market across direct (across DIG) & programmatic (in partnership with programmatic counterparts)
• In partnership with team, developing POVs for new innovations and digital opportunities and provides strategic insight
• Fosters development and growth of DIG team
What you’ve already conquered:
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Portfolio management
• 3rd party data & tech partners (i.e. MOAT, Sizmek Comscore, Nielsen, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications
• Minimum of eight years’ experience preferred
• Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
