We are looking for a strong strategic thinker to lead global CX Strategy development work. You will be working on a major automotive brand, as well as contributing to our CX Strategy efforts across other business.
Interbrand’s largest client is looking to restructure their brand strategy teams into a more joined brand and customer experience approach. You will be responsible for developing a major global CX strategy reinvention across all key touchpoints and will work with strategy, creative and analytics teams within Interbrand. You will lead a team in NY and potentially in other location/s. Your main client will be the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
You will be responsible for consulting with our clients across the board on how to increase their brand’s value through various branding strategies including customer experience, brand positioning, brand architecture, brand valuation/analytics, internal brand engagement and digital brand strategy. You will lead client engagements, form and grow trust-based client relationships, create high impact content, manage client profitability and enhance our distinctive knowledge. Finally, you will attract, develop, coach and mentor talent.
A successful candidate will have held a leadership role at a major branding or consulting firm with a focus on brand and CX strategy and client development. You must also able to talk to corporate strategy, analytics and growth as auxiliary skill sets.
THE ROLE:
• Play a leadership role within Strategy to expand our practice and product offerings with a focus on Customer Experience
• Own 2-3 major client relationships and act as the client lead and primary driver of growth in the relationship
• Take a lead role in development of assigned clients’ brand strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to grow brand value
• Develop trust-based relationships with day-to-day client contacts
• Captain team and ensures that work is produced efficiently and effectively
• Produce and integrate highest quality end-product
• Manage and deliver targeted WIP
• Develop and monitor metrics of “success”
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• BA/BS degree;
• 12+ years of experience in brand strategy/architecture and CX strategy
• Good handle of digital, mobile and CRM practices
• Solid analytics skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading a group of professionals
• A proven track record of organic revenue and relationship growth
• Ability to handle large complex projects
• A strategic thinker with the ability to both see the big picture and pay attention to detail
• A leader and team player with the ability to work across all levels of organization and client
• Strong client leadership skills – can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment
• Ability to build relationships and organize communities that bring ideas to life
• Passionate about having measurable impact on client’s business
• Strong organization, presentation skills and attention to detail
• Global experience is a plus
