Leo Burnett is seeking a Director that is responsible for developing custom data and analytical solutions to help our growing list of clients improve effectiveness of their media programs. The Director will work closely with our client’s analytics, marketing, content, and consumer research teams. This position will be the face of Leo Burnett, bringing modern measurement solutions and techniques to life. In this role, the Director is expected to:
1. Discover new paths for growth for current and prospective clients through rigorous analysis of consumer data
2. Help optimize budget and programs through test-and-learn, discipline, innovation and analysis to get the best possible return on clients' marketing investments
3. Collaborate with creative, media, marketing and technology to build a robust marketing strategy for the client

Responsibilities
The Director will consult with clients to define and answer their most pressing business questions to drive meaningful results.
• Manage a team performing analyses such as: advertising performance analysis, website analytics, customer segmentation, survey design and analysis, ROI modeling, lifetime value analysis, cross channel analysis, media mix analysis and brand research
• Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders
• Package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs
• Work directly with clients to design, implement, and execute measurement solutions, learning agendas, and roadmaps with input from internal and external stakeholders that improve media program performance
• Understand the client's business and develop innovative approaches to answer their questions
• Present deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs
• Showcase subject matter expertise in a domain such as mobile, performance marketing, ecommerce, web analytics or social
• Author white papers, POVs and other industry thought capital and attend and speak at conferences to evangelize the company’s best-in-class work
Skills
We are seeking individuals with extensive experience with performing quantitative analysis. Candidates should have extensive experience in:
• Tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
• Familiarity with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, R, or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Digital Marketing Suite
• Presentation, storytelling, and project management training
• Commitment to building teams and collaborative work process
• Openness to conscious leadership
Experience Requirements
• 7+ years of work experience in a quantitative business environment
• Has successfully led large scale and complex marketing analytics engagements
• Has a mastery of the digital analytics space and has innovated to develop new opportunities
• Has demonstrated thought leadership within their organization by becoming a subject matter expert within an analytics domain and has evolved that domain
• Has exhibited strong communication skills and has the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Has managed and/or mentored across a large team - advocating for them, delegating responsibilities and providing training, project and career support
