As Account Director in the Consumer Team, you will be the day-to-lead client lead for several of our key clients across the consumer healthcare, technology and telecommunications sectors. You’ll play a key role in driving excellent client service and delivery of results across your portfolio of accounts.
As the branding lead for these key accounts you will work with the FH Global Network on both global and local campaigns. This will involve strategic projects on the brand and corporate side, creative and strategic planning for accounts, toolkit content creation and European team coordination, creating toolkit assets for new product launches, ideation for events and measurement and evaluation metrics.
Beyond client work, you will be accountable for championing best practice and high standards across the core skills within the Consumer team including copy writing, idea generation and brainstorming, supplier liaison, talent and influencer programmes, proposal development and media strategies.
You’ll be a champion of creative brainstorming and working with the team and creative director to bring new ideas and concepts to your clients. You’ll attend workshops, exhibitions and openings to culturally expand your knowledge to inspire new routes to media and influencers. And you will coach and lead the team – along with your AD peer group – to be ambassadors across the agency and network.
Finally, you will work with your peer group on capacity planning, driving new business for the team and organic growth across your clients and being a central part of the team’s growth and reputation internally and externally.
