ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for developing and maintaining media analytics for Cadreon clients across display, search, mobile & social channels. This would include: custom reporting, ad-hoc analysis, dashboard development, advertiser insights and publisher performance scorecards
• Coordinate with Client Services and optimization teams to deliver key insights and insure optimization efforts are executed in a timely and accurate manner
• Develop standardized procedures, benchmarks and analytical framework, participate in modeling of strategic business initiatives around inventory avails, pricing in the RTB and exchange eco-system
• Develop comprehensive performance analysis benchmarks, case studies and presentations with regards to marketplace supply/demand
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in online media metrics and analysis; specific work with various reporting tools, including web analytics
• Comprehensive knowledge of ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces
• Ability to write basic SQL & Hadoop like queries in databases
• Exposure DSP/Ad servers protocols and reporting (DFA, Atlas, x+1, Turn)
• Exposure to social analytical tools (netbase, radian6, sysomos, simply measured)
• Familiarity with general Tools and packages (Tableau, SPSS, R)
• Ability to apply statistical analysis methods and techniques with the assistance of appropriate software tools
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced features in Excel considered: Macros, complex formulas)
• Exemplary business judgment as well as problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven record of leadership and innovation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a keen ability to be persistent while remaining personable
