About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, innovative marketing leader to to come in and reinvent the AdRoll brand.
AdRoll is a big deal. We have over 35,000 customers… $300m in revenue, operations across 4 continents. AdRoll has a heritage as THE global leader in retargeting. As the industry has developed we have invested heavily in product development moving beyond retargeting to a suite of performance marketing products. This role will be responsible for taking the AdRoll brand to the next level. Building on top of our brand heritage you will work to expand the AdRoll brand beyond retargeting and into one that is known for being THE leader in easy to use marketing solutions that perform.
Reporting to the VP of marketing you’ll be responsible for creating an industry leading brand for the ages. You will work closely with the regional marketing teams (North America, EMEA, ANZ, Japan) to execute marketing campaigns and messages that resonate with our customers across the world.
You will also manage a team of 10 and be responsible for living up to our first cultural value, “Hire Great People and Help Each Other Grow.”
Responsibilities:
• Working with the exec team to define the AdRoll corporate positioning
• Work with our Go to Market team to translate our corporate positioning into product positionings and then creatively bring them to life in marketing material / campaigns
• Own the vision for AdRoll’s brand voice, tone, and personality
• Brainstorm and inspire bold campaigns that break through industry noise and capture hearts / minds of marketers
• Manage our PR strategy
• Manage a team of 10 across PR and creative
• Direct external creative agencies where appropriate
• Work with regional teams to develop campaign channel plans to execute brand marketing messages in channel
• Manage the internal creative studio to execute on our global marketing asset design requests
Qualifications:
• 5 - 10 years experience in a brand marketing role in a related field e.g. B2B tech
• Experience in repositioning a brand
• Experience in creating marketing campaigns from scratch
• A strong grasp of digital marketing techniques
• Experience managing teams of circa 10 people
• Experience managing an internal creative team
• Hands on PR experience
