Responsibilities:
• A high profile position leading 5 Omnicom agencies as Franchise Steward across HCP, Consumer, Medical Education, Payer and Policy
• Provide client-facing oversight on the entire business, working hand-in-hand with Managing Partner at TBWA\WorldHealth and the Global Client Leader
• Working within an emerging Franchise, develop positioning, as well as all pre-launch, disease awareness strategy and communications and launch brand strategy and communications
• Based within TBWA\WorldHealth, also responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the HCP work stream specifically
• Provides the opportunity to forge deep partnerships with strategy and creative counterparts
• Have oversight into the entire SOW across disciplines, as well as manage to the bottom line for HCP specifically
• Be a leader within the agency, helping to bring forward proprietary tools and processes, such as Disruption and Disruption Live
• Lead new business pitches
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Requires strong ability to work across multiple agency partners
• Requires management of a growing account team by providing opportunities for ongoing growth and development of the team
• Significant background in pharmaceutical advertising account management required
• Strong desire to drive strategic development, lead a collaborative team, and immerse yourself in a variety of new assignments
• Excellent written and communication skills
