Specific responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with Insights leadership and colleagues to author the foundational annual consumer-led story (what is the NAM pov on shopper trends/insights that will shape our solutions)
2. Proactively create stories for prioritized opportunities for the Division by quarter, based on analytics and trends
(Target: Top 20 revenue opportunities for the division)
3. Implement and manage all program analysis for Central Division programs and propose adjustments based on effectiveness
4. Collaborate with POD team members (Project Mgr, Analyst, Design), Sales partners (Division lead, account owners), and Legal for efficient and effective storytelling
Qualifications:
• College Degree; analytic or quantitative major a plus
• MBA a plus
• 8+ years of experience in a Consumer Package Goods marketing environment. Experience with a variety of relevant marketing research tools including consumer surveys, A & U studies, behavioral research such as frequent shopper card data, IRI/Nielsen sales and household panel data, qualitative research (eg shop alongs), and industry trend publications
• Willing to travel on occasion to NY and client offices to share insights with sales and clients as needed
