Senior Vice President Client Service
The Senior Vice President Client Service will be responsible for leading and developing a client service team that services the organization’s CPG and P&G clients. These efforts will require expertise in qualitative research design, marketing of capabilities to prospective clients, and outstanding team leadership.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Identify and build strong relationships with influencer/decision makers within our clients’ organizations
• P&L Ownership – responsibility for topline business growth and resource management
• Building and inspiring a high performance team of research and client service professionals
• Consult with multiple client contacts to identify appropriate solutions to meet client research needs.
• Develop annual sales plan to produce aggressive year over year growth and manage profit/pricing expectations.
• Assess and proactively work with cross-functional leaders to address internal capabilities to properly support growing business.
• Work collaboratively across internal divisions to provide integrated solutions to client
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of experience working with qualitative market research from either the client or supplier side
• Demonstrated success leading and developing a productive, motivated team
• Working knowledge and exposure to quantitative market research
• Reputation for delivering unmatched service to sophisticated clients
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Client side experience not required but a strong plus.
• Extensive network in the P&G organization not required but a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a high standard of performance
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree a plus
