THE OPPORTUNITY:
WE has a unique opportunity for an Art Director in Seattle who is looking to pack a punch with some BIG name brands and collaborate with players from the fields of advertising, communications, big data and social digital marketing. The role will be closely aligned with various cross-functional disciplines like strategy, insights and account teams. The company is known for creating transformative storytelling experiences for its clients by successfully harmonizing client needs and agency business goals.
WE is looking for a charismatic Art Director ready to join our organization and build out a strong team to drive dynamic and bold ideas! To be a leader within the agency you must be adept to helping ensure operational excellence when it comes to the quality of all creative deliverables.
Our Creative Service Department is a bedrock division inside the agency’s Integrated Service Team which resides within our North America region.
In this role, the Art Director will be required to lead and foster synergy with our diverse range of talent. The Art Director will bring a drive for ideation and continuously flex their creative business acumen. This role will also engage in mentoring and developing the team members and ensuring that the creative output aligns to the agency’s expertise areas.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Creative Director, will define the mission of vision of creative concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance client and agency brand strategy.
• Shapes the direction of the creative agency work, growth of the business (new business and organic growth) and maintains strong internal relationships with senior leads.
• Provides leadership/motivation and conveys the vision and values of the agency to staff. Driving the creative threads in partnership through agency’s integrated digital & social, content strategy teams.
• Builds strong relationships with multi-levels of internal and external clients. Assists clients with deepening their knowledge of creative development.
• Facilitates creative consultations with account teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, reviews, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
• 5 to 10+ years of creative team management experience.
• At least 2 years of agency experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in all creative disciplines.
• Extensive client management and engagement experience.
• Proven success to manage large teams and/or multiple accounts.
