Overview Catholic Health Home Care Fee for Service Dietician Catholic Health Home Care Dieticians evaluate the dietary care plan of patients identified as high risk, educates patients and staff about how to optimize nutritional health and develops a plan of care for patients to reach optimal nutritional status.
