Company Description
Company is looking for a WW IT Digital Marketing Data Manager to leverage both data and technology in order to better engage its players and deliver superior personalised brand experiences.
You will be involved mainly into the transformation of our advertising technology platform through data-led projects related to data strategy, data architecture (Data Management Platform and Tech Stack optimization), attribution modeling advisory (advertising budget allocation and attribution modeling) and omni-channel (leveraging data for a seamless online & offline customer experience). Additionnally you will support projects connected to data science, web analytics, ecommerce or CRM.
As part of the Worldwide Distribution IT Group,
• you will partner primarily
with the NCSA and EMEA Marketing Business Teams to capture business directions,
support the implementation and the delivery of solutions enhancing our marketing
data and analytics capabilities for the whole organization
• in a constant collaboration
and alignment with the rest of the IT teams into larger
initiatives related to either data, analytics or consumer management to ensure
that this data lines up within the Company’s global data strategy

Job Description
As such you will
• Become the principal IT referent for all questions related to Digital
Marketing data and associated technology (DMP, DSP, Adserver, Media tagging and
tracking, Cloud … )
◦ which requires you to identify, collect and detail the data related business needs
◦ but also to keep in front of industry and ad technology trends and developments.
• Support the business vision of the ad tech vendors to sculpt the Adtech and Martech
landscape by
◦ supporting in the selection and the design of solutions and their implementation
◦ producing recommendations, guidelines and documentation about data management and digital
marketing solutions
• Contribute to speed up and streamline the set-up of this technology by overseeing vendors
and IT deliverables and coordinating with internal teams
• Make data simple for end users across the organization to unravel the mysteries of
attribution, programmatic and customer’s behaviours so we can put actions on it
• Promote a data vision of digital marketing, based on the systematic and
methodical use of data to support decisions regarding implementation (digital
identification, increase match rates methods) or tactics
• Maximize the integrity and the quality of the data
• Connect the business teams from both zones with IT teams, scope both effort and
ressources for IT transition or assistance
• Work alongside with the business teams to monitor and to improve the adoption on new and existing digital marketing
solutions
• Maintain a good level of communication by providing relevant technical details in simple business terms and by keeping teams
updated on project progress
• Prioritize features and tasks using internal tools (Scrum tools like JIRA, Confluence, , etc.)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
in marketing or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in deploying ad
tech or digital marketing solutions and/or consulting
• Proven track-record as a Digital
Marketing Product Owner or equivalent
• In-depth familiarity with adservers,
DMPs, DSPs, (Google / Adobe solutions is a plus) and the digital media
ecosystem in general
• Proficiency with breaking down complex
subjects into tangible and relatable subject
• Proven ability to function effectively
in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects concurrently with remote
teams
• Proven ability to work with all
members of a project team, including business leaders, technical leaders,
developers, and system administrators.
• Available to travel 4 to 5 times a
year to the USA and EMEA
• Must be detail oriented,
self-motivated and time efficient.
• Strong written and verbal
communication skills, including presentation techniques, and meeting
facilitation in English required.
• Ability to speak French is a must.
• Knowledge of video game industry a
plus.
