Converse Western Europe Brand Design Coordinator
Description
Our Brand Design Coordinator will work within our European Headquarters bringing ideas from the Marketing team and Director of Brand Design to life in print, digital, in-store and more. You will help support best practices and processes to optimize design efficiencies, while delivering best-in-class creative. You will have the opportunity to work on projects independently as well as collaborate with the creative geniuses within our Global and EHQ Brand Design function.

What You'll Do:
• Provide expertise and perform pre-production responsibilities including sizing, scaling, cropping, retouching, repositioning, optimizing and packaging final files and preparing for production and archival.
• Work independently on assigned projects.
• Provide best practices and direction on creative projects
• Finalize files and responsible for delivering, updating and archiving creative when necessary.
• Precisely prepare creative for web, digital, presentations and print production.
• Create comps and retouching for presentations working directly with a creative team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field of study.
• 3-6 or more years of related experience. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in all mediums from print, digital and web.
• Ability to multitask in a highly productive environment.
• Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
• Photography, illustration or music skills preferred, but not required
