At Company our internships offer visibility, hands-on learning, and practical work experience in a fun, friendly environment. What you’ll be doing:
Company VR is a mind-shattering VR experience with insanely immersive visuals and 360° sound that will launch you and your friends into virtual worlds more realistic than anything you’ve ever imagined.
You’re getting the most advanced VR headset and motion-tracking technology powered by blazing fast computers in a state-of-the-art facility purposely designed to let you suspend reality. It’s a VR experience that’s light years ahead of anything else available.
• Enable effective decision making by keeping up-to-date on VR industry news
• Summarize weekly VR industry news into reports for management
• Play-test and draft summary sheets for all upcoming Company VR experiences
• Attend VR Strategy and Operations meetings and provide detailed agendas and meeting minutes
• Assist senior staff with developing PowerPoint presentations, financial models and performance analyses
• Provide project management support for VR division key projects
• Provide analysis and support for ad hoc Corporate Development projects
• Support day-to-day divisional operations and administration such as drafting correspondence, filing paperwork, organizing meetings, processing invoices, and other administrative duties as assigned
• Help organize team events
What we’re looking for:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business or a related field
• Previous gaming and entertainment industry experience Preferred
• General technology aptitude, with VR technology experience a plus
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible, agreeable, and a team player
• Must be able to work a 40 hours week, with flexibility, through the course of the internship
