About the job
Job Purpose
●Deliver a world class HCM capability and platform for Company
●Transition the multiple platforms to support the global processes for HR, Legal and Real Estate.
●To lead the program team to evolve the HCM platform and establish a roadmap that reflects the business priorities
Main Responsibilities
·Lead the HCM software platform team globally and ensure appropriate resources are in place to deliver against Company’s business priorities.
·Lead the implementation and selection of a Global Payroll Solution.
·Ultimately accountable for the success of the overall HCM and some financial platforms deliverables including budget, timeline and quality.
·Work closely with leaders of Enterprise Architecture, Quality Assurance and other platform teams to ensure development meets or exceeds customer requirements and ensure that product designs are well documented and communicated.
·Lead the Technology SOX program and interact with external audit to improve technology compliance.
·Develop HCM technology strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives.
·Develop and manage the roadmap for the HCM discipline understanding emerging technologies.
·Develop and execute plans, manage schedules, resource allocation and budgets.
·Drive recruitment, employee development and performance management for the HR and Enabling Platform team.
·Mentor and manage key staff in order to develop a high performance culture and promote skills retention.
·Evaluates business and technical needs of Global Human Resources, Legal, Real estate, Compliance and Payroll. Develops a working relationship with leaders in the key business areas.
·HCM evangelist: communicates capabilities to leadership and co-workers.
·Responsible for positive return on investment in HCM technology investments.
·Consultative approach to serving the needs of internal Company clients.
● Manage ongoing vendor relationships
Qualifications
Essential skills, qualifications and experience
CRM experience, 15 years + experience with complex business systems
Experience in application development methodologies: discovery, design, development and deployment of complex business systems
Experience with owning project work with at least 3 of the following characteristics:
○ > 1000 users
○ > $5m budget
○ > 20 resources
○ Oracle Fusion
○ Global Payroll (ADP or other)
○ IT SOX Controls
○ At least 2: Order Management, Sales Force Automation, Marketing
Proven competency in motivating and effectively leading matrixed teams/resources.
Proven interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and adeptness in the art of persuasion.
Experience communicating with senior business and technology leaders.
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
Advanced understanding of CRM technologies and supporting platforms.
Must have a proven record of delivering business value from Information Technology at an executive level.
Solid understanding of interoperability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products, and able to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of markets, industries, business, customers, and technology.
Work experience should involve a mix of business and technology consulting across the lifecycle of Information Technology (examples may include assessment and analysis, design, business case development, architecture, envisioning, planning, deployment, benefits analysis, and management).
The ability and background experience to provide leadership and a demonstrated effectiveness in architecture and "client" management.
