The Role:
The internship will prepare you for a future in VIP touring, sales, and special event management.
Job Requirements :
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day to day VIP package fulfillment (merchandise, customer service)
• Research industry trends, album releases, upcoming tours and new potential VIP opportunities.
• Update various excel grids that are relevant to the team's tours, contact needs, and merchandise fulfillment
• Coordinate ticket sales recaps from all VIP programs
• Warehouse organization, inventory management, and road case prep
• Assist customer service team with daily emails and calls
Qualifications:
• Must be able to receive academic credit from their college or university prior to starting assignment
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's/Masters program at an accredited college or university with Junior or Senior standing
• Pursuing a degree in Music/Entertainment Industry, Communications or related field is preferred
• Social media knowledge
• Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
• The ability to conduct yourself in a professional matter at all times
• The ability to prioritize efficiently on a daily basis
• The ability to learn and absorb at a fast pace
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able comfortably lift over 10 pounds.
