Reporting directly to the CEO, as the Vice President Performance Marketing, you will take complete ownership of our online growth strategies (SEO, SEM, customer acquisition cost (CAC), PPC, marketing automation, and more). As a champion of the digital sales strategy, combined with your data driven mind and ingenuity, your goal will be to maximize revenues, margins and optimize ROI across markets and online channels. You will also be responsible for implementing revenue growth initiatives, attracting new subscribers, increase customer conversion and exponentially scale our platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple user acquisition channels, improve activation, retention, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other metrics
Identify and implement better ways for us to identify and track high-value prospects
Create, analyze and interpret performance metrics to make strategic business and budget plans to ensure ROI is maximized across all channels and segments
Forecast revenue targets per channel, geographic area and other relevant segments, and suggest initiatives to exceed those targets
Improve customer retention by developing long-term strategies and value-added service proposals
Uncover actionable data insights, make logical recommendations and drive informed action
Set and track data driven test for various product changes to challenge theses on business value
Train, mentor and oversee sales and digital specialists and help them reach and exceed their objectives
Stay abreast of trends in online sales and marketing strategies and translate into new impactful initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years progressive experience in e-commerce (B2C or/and High volume web) and digital marketing
Experienced in Growth Hacking, User Acquisition, User Conversion and Analytics
Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field
Effective planner and leader with stong communication and team motivation skills
Expert level of knowledge in online marketing channels including SEO, SEM, affiliates and email marketing
Data driven insights with a proficiency in statistical analysis
Previous creation of automated reporting and dashboards to track business KPIs is a plus
Creative thinker with a proven track record of innovation translated into ROI
Very strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, high motivation and results oriented
Outstanding verbal and written English communications skills; French and/or any other languages are an asset
Entrepreneurial flair
Strong affinity to the luxury merchandise industry
