The Company Partner Marketing team in WW Alliances and GTM Innovation is looking for a talented Partner Marketing leader to manage the Consulting Partner Marketing team, lead the development of co-marketing programs, campaigns, and events with our top consulting partners against aggressive goals in pipeline generation and ACV.
The Vice President of Partner Marketing will learn and understand partners' businesses; co-develop strategic go-to-market plans; package and propose strategic programs, campaigns and events; and continuously measure the value and impact of joint activities for Company and our top consulting partners. Responsibilities
• Lead the Consulting Partner Marketing team to achieve top line marketing goals, per group and partner joint business plans.
• Drive consulting partner marketing plans, business objectives, and co-marketing programs with top global strategic alliance partners.
• Lead and support the internal strategy, planning, and timely execution of joint marketing campaigns and initiatives, including global events, programs and communications.
• Secure global event sponsorships that help key partners advance thought leadership, value, and demand, while supporting co-marketing events, asset production, customer stories and press releases.
• Manage campaigns, funding requests, co-marketing budgets, and reporting to measure ROI effectiveness and pipeline impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and partner advocacy with a diverse set of internal and ecosystem partners, including product/marketing teams, legal, finance, support, and sales.
Experience/Skills Required
• 15+ years of experience in product or partner marketing.
• BA/BS required - MBA a plus (but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school).
• Proven experience creating and building differentiated relationships and engagement with top strategic consulting partners and ISVs.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in high tech industry (preferably enterprise CRM) and 5+ years managing teams.
• Strategic/analytical thinker and great storyteller with executive presence and the ability to communicate a compelling vision, values, and strategy for partner success.
• Proven conflict/negotiation management skills and history of building 'win-win' partnerships
• Ability to execute multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require balancing trade-offs and high-speed tactical execution.
