Vice President Marketing (205W39NYC) - CALVIN KLEIN
The Vice President, Marketing – CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC develops and implements marketing strategies and initiatives for all CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC product categories, including CALVIN KLEIN By Appointment. Responsible for ensuring a cohesive client message in all spaces including advertising/media, digital, social, brand experience, retail, wholesale and digital marketing. He/She will work closely with internal partners to execute brand strategies and deliver commercial results while maintaining brand standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB
• Oversee execution of all Retail & Wholesale marketing and promotional activity from inception to completion, including but not limited to: visual merchandising, outpost concepts, regional marketing needs, shops/in store pos, third-party e-commerce, fit guides, press kits, coop programs, E commerce, events, training and operational materials, packaging, etc.
• Lead and execute programs to ensure work meets strategic business needs while aligning with brand standards
• Manage financial budgets across all areas of responsibility
• Develop and lead global launch efforts on behalf of all of the CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC , including supporting materials such as packaging, advertising campaigns and social media efforts.
• Develop marketing opportunities through public relations, social media and events
• Support Senior Management in the development of business strategies and communication tools
• Works to ensure integrated decision-making occurs by involving key stakeholders throughout the marketing and advertising process
• Develop strong internal and external relationships through management of brand research initiatives, market visits and constant dialogue with stakeholders
Experience
• 10+ years marketing experience, preferably in luxury global apparel/retail/fashion required
• Demonstrated experience with both wholesale and retail channels
• Understanding of, and ability to communicate the Calvin Klein brand aesthetic
Education
• BA in marketing/communications/business/liberal arts; MBA preferred
Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, empathetic and open minded
• Passion for the industry and brand
• Confident and comfortable presentation skills
• Ability to travel internationally
• Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines
• Strong data/analytics skills
• Ability to lead, inspire and manage teams
