Vice President
The Vice President Company Loyalty conducts sales efforts for United States based clients. This position is similar to one in traditional professional and technology integration services sales with a few notable exceptions:
1. Heavy focus on customer experience solutions
2. Regular pursuit of multiple new programs with multiple new clients at the same time
3. Increasing importance of SaaS technology platforms integrated as part of client solutions
Essential Responsibilities and deliverables include
• Lead new client sales efforts including building pipeline daily
• Create and maintain strong “trusted advisor” relationships with prospects
• Develop pipeline of new client relationships and engagements
• Work collaboratively with Company team members to bring their expertise to opportunities as needed
• Educate client staff on Company Loyalty capabilities, concepts, and tools
• Thought Leadership
• Act as an expert in customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty measurement, modeling and management
• Integrate industry sector knowledge with customer loyalty expertise
• Provide guidance on new customer loyalty management technologies
• Team Leadership
• Coach associates and build teams at levels
• Build relationships with strategic partners and leverage to help fill the sales pipeline

• Colleagues in shared services including within IT, Operations and other functions
• Company Loyalty global and international team members
EXTERNAL
• Senior executives and customer experience leaders in global enterprises

Qualifications
• Minimum. MBA, Masters, or Ph.D. in marketing, strategy, organizational development, or similar field preferred
• Significant experience in professional services may substitute for graduate education
