DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities
• Assist with opening and closing of bank accounts
• Maintenance and administration of the Accounts module in UPS Treasury Workstation
• Assist with gathering data and performing internal audits
• Assist Treasury specialists with documenting current cash setting process and contingency process
• Reconcile invoices from banks with third party system
• Perform reconciliation of investment positions between internal and external systems
• Other Ad Hoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred:
• Demonstrate strict attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal guidance
• Ability to work well in a team structure
• Manage relationships at various levels
• Demonstrate good time management skills
