Our Noble Drilling Gdańsk office, which appeared on Tricity map in 2019, is designed to deliver the highest level of services to our Rigs located around the world. Joining us, you will become a part of our team of more than 200 colleagues, all of whom are dedicated to support our fleet, delivering services such as: Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Category Management, Global HR (Crewing, Training, Manning, Employee Cycle, Local HR), Offshore IT, Local IT, Technical HUB, HSSEQ.

As a training team leader, you will actively manage your own team and collaborate with other teams.
Specific experience required:
- International work experience – cultural understanding
- Experienced in training administration and vendor management
- Experienced in the use of learning management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – fluent in English
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to details
- Strong independent thinker, proactive, focused, and insistent on continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good general HR knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable within the Oil and Gas industry and training
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced working environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with exceptional judgement and discretion
- Have a professional, responsive, and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring training compliance for all rigs within his/her team
- Responsible for the supervision of the performance and delivery of the company’s TMS provider
- Responsible for keeping Building Blocks and related SOPs updated, constantly seeking optimization opportunities
- Responsible for ensuring the mobilizations projects are handled within his/her team as per process
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team’s deliverables
- Assist in adjustment and implementation of training
- Assist the business and drive improvement of training-related costs.
- Assist with implementing new training policies procedures, processes, and SOPs
- Deliver training services according to Service Level Agreement, processes, and SOPs within Building Blocks
- Have the governance of data quality used for reporting
- Participate in audits as SME in training management and ensure findings are addressed. Assist in suggesting and implementing corrective action plans, where required
- Give input to tender submission upon request
- Provide HR Training Data to stakeholders upon request
- Receive and respond to escalated queries and service requests
