Conversations are happening in every facet of the digital experience, and our customer value centres are one of the channels for forming brand and product perceptions - we want to become involved in those conversations in a way that positively impacts our consumer and builds a strong community.
For this we need a state of the art customer experience supported by the right people, technology, processes and measurements. An exciting role has therefore developed for a Trainee, reporting into the Senior Manager for Consumer Service Operations for Europe. The Purpose of the role is to support striving operational excellence on our Germany Consumer market.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Fully support eCom Consumer Service operations and eCom business objectives, through:
• Project management across multiple business areas
• Embedding the customer voice in business decision making
• Implementing state of the art customer contact channels enhancements for example for social media
• Improving quality
Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of cross-functional projects within our organization for the German market
• Working together with the cross functional teams to drive omni channel Consumer Service operational improvements / excellence
• Support development of processes, structures and frameworks for customer centric solutions

• eCommerce Western Europe – Customer Service
• eCommerce Western Europe – Merchandising
• eCommerce Western Europe – Finance
• eCommerce Western Europe – Operations
• eCommerce Western Europe – Marketing
• eCommerce Western Europe – CRM
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• An enrolled native German Speaking student throughout the entire internship period at an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, supply chain, information systems, or operations.
• Good communication skills & Project management understanding
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite (esp. Power Point and Excel)
• Action oriented and solution-minded team player
• Self-motivated with a keen interest to learn
• Native German and Fluency in English (oral and in writing)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in International business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent
• Min 1 year experience in Consumer service/ customer facing roles
