Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across Australia. We are a privileged partner of hairdressers, offering them products that are made utilising the best technologies as well as training which is at the forefront of trends. Our Professional Products Division are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll put your trade marketing skills to work in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere as you collaborate with dynamic, creative professionals on a daily basis.
About the role
In these newly created roles you will lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful programmes for our key customers which contribute to continued growth for our brands and the customer relationships. In addition you will:
• Implement and track Trade Marketing programmes for key customers designed to increase sales and brand and category presence
• Apply trade intelligence to define brand-specific marketing and commercial programmes in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
• Develop and implement processes to better link marketing and commercial activities in the trade environment
• Manage budgets and ROI for specific Trade Marketing activities
About you
With a flair for marketing, you will inspire our customers into being the best in the salon market. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level. Ideally you will have held a similar role within the Hair Care / FMCG industry although a general marketing background and the right attitude will also be considered. This is a fantastic for a trade marketer to make their mark and to progress into senior marketing positions within an international company.
