Job Description
Company is currently seeking a TemporaryPublic Relations Coordinator to join its public relations team in San Francisco and help support influencer relations programs. The Public Relations Coordinator will be responsible for multiple aspects of the team’s Influencer Relations programs in the U.S. and play an instrumental role in working with YouTubers and other non-media content creators across our portfolio of games. We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the influencer space and experience with reporting and analytics. Applicants should be comfortable with pitching in creative ideas and being true collaborator to the growth of the program.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communications skills. Knowledge of the games industry is preferred but not required.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify, develop and implement influencer relations opportunities for a variety of Company titles with an eye towards measurable results while working closely with the PR leads for each game.
• Respond to daily inquiries in a timely and professional manner; act as spokesperson for assigned projects, know how to craft an appropriate response and where to go internally to find the best answers
• Support Company’s Influencer Relations Program by working with YouTube content creators and streamers on creative programs, reviews and events. The Program support includes: database management, research, on-site event support, creative pitching, analytics and recaps, and more.
• Research, write and edit materials including pitch letters, event prep documents for key Company spokespeople, internal post-mortems and more.
• Create asset packages for influencers following guidance from the PR lead
• Deliver concise, timely and informative reporting on activities, coverage, opportunities, successes and feedback to internal constituents. Provide post-mortem analysis and competitive analysis
• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-product and corporate events
• Support all members of the PR department with product mailings for preview and review influencer coverage
• Provide on-site support and staffing at industry events and gaming preview events.
• Coordinate with Canada and LATAM counterparts as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications or related field
• 1-2 years experience in public relations
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently within a high pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Public relations agency experience a plus
• Knowledge of YouTube and Twitch creator landscape a plus
