Role:The Temporary Marketing Operations Manager ensures programs are developed on time and are integrated within the overall product Go-To-Market (GTM) Calendar. This position is critical to establishing a clear, integrated go-to-market process across company functions and within marketing disciplines. As the master steward of the marketing process from strategy to program launch, this leader is skilled in removing the barriers and identifying the opportunities that maximize our creativity and innovation for program design, development and execution. The primary focus will be to drive executive execution of a highly operationalized marketing and design studio calendar, serve as the operational oversight for Workfront, our project management tool, collaborate with Finance on monthly budget reconciliation and tech stack administration.
Responsibilities:
• Make sure all meetings are scheduled and run on the go-to- market operating model
• Coordinated of several key senior executives into the GTM marketing calendar
• Listen for key takeaway in all GTM meetings and direct Workfront PM
• Manage high level Workfront projects
• Oversee junior level project manager who is running Workfront tool
• Oversee junior level project manager who is running Workfront tool for marketing
• Maintain tech contracts
• Create tickler for contract expirations/renewals
• Help research and guide decision making on “best tools” for marketing
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of project management experience with an online company
• Display strong management capability, particularly to manage remotely
• Expert knowledge of web production, including direct experience with website and project tracking tools and technologies; Experience with Work Front preferred.
• Ability to use outstanding written, verbal, organizational, and planning skills to keep teams on track across multiple office with several seasons of work simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization; Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially at senior levels
• Razor-sharp attention to detail with superior skills in defining operational processes
• Flexibility to accommodate emerging responsibilities and last-minute changes; stays calm under pressure and can mobilize teams to act quickly with clear direction
• Demonstrated risk management/resolution, decision-making, and project tracking abilities BA or equivalent
