The Austin Scoring Center is looking for a Temporary Evening Site Aide during the PEAK season. The standard hours will be 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Overall Functions & Responsibilities:
• Provide security by monitoring main entrance of the scoring facility, checking badges of scoring personnel, and logging in and distributing authorized badges to visitors according to company regulations.
• Assists in control of business sensitive information including maintenance of security badges, records, and sensitive materials pertaining to the nature of Company business.
• Performs general clerical functions including filing, typing, mail sorting and distribution, answering phones, send/receive faxes, photocopying, etc.
• Maintains logs and other records according to established procedures.
• Uses personal computer to develop and maintain spreadsheets, performs word processing functions, data entry, etc.
• Operates and requests maintenance upkeep on office machines, including fax, photocopier, laser printers, etc.
• Gives and receives information by phone relating to products and services.
• Maintains supply inventory through ordering, receipt, and stocking of supplies.
• Checks for completeness and accuracy of timesheets and key-enters data into timekeeping system.
• Maintain and update Attendance Database
• Assists Human Resources (HR) in administrative duties as needed.
• Ability to provide before-and after-hours support as needed.
• Receive direction from the Site Manager and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a clerical, secretarial or administrative support position required.
• Demonstrated skill of typing 30 words per minute.
• Demonstrated proficiency with PCs, experience with Microsoft suite software required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, be flexible, and work in a changing environment.
• Knowledge in use of basic office equipment (copier, fax machine, and telephone) preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
