Job Description
- Manage a team of 10 to 12 associates and Senior associates, and ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities of the team’s portfolio
- Ensure that the team delivers production within provided turnaround time by monitoring the daily production.
- Ensure 100% efficiency and quality in all production queues managed by the team.
- Ensure team is meeting Client expectations on SLA and Timelines.
- Demonstrate ownership on open deliverables and activities.
- Establishes and maintains client relationships and seeks to grow, broaden, and enhance the customer relationship with Company.
- To oversee the maintenance and repairs activities performed by team (reviewing Bids and orders submitted by vendors).
- Manage and oversee vendors/subcontractors performing preservation work on properties under supervision of Company.
- Follows up with vendors to ensure orders have been confirmed and completed. Cancels orders with vendors who do not respond, accept, or are delinquent in completing order requests
- Ensure team follows guidelines on property preservation to meet investor requirements.
- Perform Quality control on completed work items.
- Publish reports showing production and quality scores of team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (Essential)
- Flexible to work in rotational/night shift (Essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential)
- Ability to work independently with high level of focus on detail(Essential)
- Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity, as well as the ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast past environment (Essential)
- Overall 2 years of work experience
- Previous experience in Mortgage Services (Desired)
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
