Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Talent Attraction Manager to lead our organizational Employment Brand programs, campaigns and strategies toward optimal talent attraction and engagement.
This position will serve to support the development and growth of Cintas’ employment brand, employee value proposition, social media presence and talent acquisition strategies. The candidate selected for this role will work closely with all business divisions of Cintas and will collaborate with our marketing, legal, communication and human resources teams.
In this role you will:
• Support recruitment marketing strategies including: digital media, career website evolution/ongoing content, recruitment campaigns, content copy, social media content development and evolution, recruitment collateral and communication templates.
• Strategize and implement targeted online recruiting campaigns, working with vendors like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job sites to develop promotional campaigns, with the intent to build strong candidate pipelines and to increase visibility and traffic to the Cintas careers page.
• Benchmark top of industry trends and adapt to the changing landscape of career site technology, design, social media/digital tools, digital marketing, etc.
• Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing and social media strategies.
• Partner with marketing and communications departments to deliver a content strategy that support Cintas talent objectives.
• Work with the Cintas recruitment agency in developing and supplying communication tools, such as brochures, digital communications, materials for special accounts, videos, etc.
• Manage applicable projects to completion ensuring desired budget, schedule and quality standards are met.
• Establish and evaluate metrics and benchmarks for all Employment Brand programs, including TA advertising campaigns and applicable internal & external social pages.
• Create and share presentations which educate, support and grow internal engagement utilizing the employment brand.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing/marketing communications preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth and proven knowledge and experience in: marketing, branding, social media strategies, SEO, SEM, google, analytics, marketing tactic development & segmented messaging
Preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and implementing talent acquisition marketing and branding programs
• Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite software, website design, HTML
• Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
