As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary objective will be to attract, assess and acquire world-class talent that aligns with Company's strategic objectives. You will play a key role in driving the recruitment process with a focus on speed, quality and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Your day-to-day:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high calibre candidates.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance. Foster positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive impression of the organisation and a smooth recruitment experience.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments and reference checks, to ensure a high level of quality in hiring decisions. Evaluate candidates not only for technical skills, but also for cultural fit and long-term potential within the organisation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks and talent market conditions to gain insights for informed decision-making. Use data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Leverage recruitment technology and tools to increase efficiency and ensure a streamlined recruitment process. Use data analytics to monitor and improve key performance indicators related to speed, quality and satisfaction.
- Ensure legal and compliance standards are met throughout the recruitment process. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment, demonstrating the ability to manage high volume recruitment cycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of recruitment software, applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools to increase efficiency.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a focus on delivering results without compromising quality.
- Fluency in English
