What is the goal of this role?
We are looking for an inquisitive person with a proactive and passionate attitude. The role will provide support to Company’s Commercial department, delivering excellent customer service. Support will include analysis, systems administration and configuration, as well as liaising with our customers and core suppliers to deliver end to end system solutions. Alongside core process management, you will receive, assess, resolve or escalate issues and requests to ensure effective resolution within agreed service levels, contributing to root cause analysis for issue prevention.
What are my accountabilities?
• Effective incident analysis and resolution management
• Systems administration and configuration
• Commercial process analysis
• Deliver and project manage end to end system solutions
• Work with third party system vendors to develop and deliver system solutions
• Managing stakeholder expectations to deliver satisfactory solutions and excellent customer service
• Documenting all new commercial processes and maintain existing documentation
• Organising training for new processes and re-training existing processes
• User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and new functionality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Company Stakeholders and external clients where applicable, including making yourself visible & easily accessible for support
• Maintain comprehensive product, process and system knowledge
• Using existing tools to monitor behaviours within the Business, and pro-actively identifying key areas of improvement and best practice
• Be up to date with Brands, Products and Systems Developments
• Seek opportunities for personal development
