Your Role
Company Group is looking for a Media Intern for Summer 2017 to join our Digital Marketing team. You will work directly with the brand marketing teams for Company, Skagen and Michele. This Intern will have an opportunity to project manage and gain exposure to building relationships with internal Company and external agency teams.
Role/Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate meetings with agencies, vendors and partners
• Manage timelines for all media-related projects
• Submit/own Workfront jobs
• Coordinate between Company cross-functional teams, agency, and partners on product orders (custom content, influencers, activations, etc.)
• Collaborate on and create media creative briefs (in collaboration with cross-functional teams) for approval
• Opportunity to collaborate on new business launches, as appropriate
• Learn and own day-to-day work within Doubleclick
• Analyze digital media performance and provide optimization recommendations to meet KPIs
As an intern, you will work alongside your team on a variety of projects. Your experience as an intern at Company is both educational and fun, while keeping you connected with your mentor, manager, and fellow interns. You will gain exposure to company leaders through roundtables, your final project showcase, and other company functions.
All intern positions are at Company’s headquarters based in Richardson, Texas. Applicants need to be willing to relocate during the course of the internship and provide their own transportation and accommodations to complete a 40 hour work week. This is a paid internship.

Required Skills:
• Rising Senior or graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in marketing, advertising or related field preferred
• Ability to multi-task, work with a team, deadline driven, high quality work, desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organized, thorough
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word skills
• Refined communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Doubleclick is a plus
