Studio Event & Model Specialist – Professional Beauty, Company, Los Angeles, CA

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are actively looking for a Studio Event & Model Specialist who will provide a spectacular customer experience as the first point of contact in our Studio in Calabasas. This role will manage and coordinate model castings for Studio Seminars, Shows, Photoshoots, Trade and Special Events. This person should be passionate about the business and demonstrate it by connecting with our customers from the beginning to the end of their experience.
• Meet and greet all studio guests and attendees.
• Manage sign in sheets, badges, certificates and seminar check lists.
• Manage, recruit and book models for creative, PR, learning events, trainings, in-field events, studios, photoshoots and trade class events.
• Organize professional model calls for all shows and events.
• Manage and maintain independent model files, payments and database.
• Responsible for ordering and setting up lunches and snacks.
• Manage studio inventory (back bar, studio branded gear, snacks and office supplies).
• Help organize and execute studio seminars and custom events.
• Provide studio concierge back up and support.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school graduate, with some college and 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Power Point and Excel.
• Organized with ability to multi task.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
