Company is seeking an exceptional individual to work on our commercial messaging strategy and join our team. If you are a leader who has demonstrated experience in informing product strategy, has an empathy for both consumers and businesses, has a strong bias for action, wants to understand and unlock the potential of Company to serve millions of businesses we would be excited to hear from you. You’ll focus on understanding business needs, developing Company’s business model, go-to-market strategy, and oversee inbound and outbound product marketing. As well as leading a team of Company strategy and marketing individuals. You’ll focus on driving insights about businesses and consumers, identify what business models are consistent with Company’s values and increase the utility of Company for both consumers and businesses alike.
This is a full-time position based with the Company team at Facebook HQ in Menlo Park, California and will report to Company’s Director of Growth & Monetization.
Responsibilities
• Develop product strategy and in-product experiences with relevant consumer and market research
• Define Company’s business model and pricing strategy working with an existing team
• Drive and execute product marketing strategy and roadmap to achieve product goals
• Build and develop the product narrative and positioning for Company
• Create and execute go-to-market plans to launch new features in conjunction with marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Company including PM, PR, Design, Analytics, Research
• Lead an existing team of Business Analysts and PMMs at Company
• Solve ambiguous problems – ability to operate both strategically and tactically translating complex problems into solutions
Minimum Qualification
• Understanding of the Company product
• Strategic thinker with a product mindset
• 10+ years of experience in Tech/Management Consulting/Product Management/Product Marketing
• Understanding and working with tech products at global scale
• Experience working in start-up environments
• Experience influencing C-level executives
• Demonstrated ability to scale organizations and lead teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Sciences/Business
Preferred Qualification
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering/Product
• MBA
