Make an Impact
Develop framework to monitor overall Subscription health, identify and mitigate risks, remove barriers to business health, and provide insight and feedback to Subscriber Success leadership
Lead Subscriber Success Quarterly Business Review process, including early analysis to build a story with key stakeholders and preparation of the presentation/deck for CEO Staff consumption
Continue to cultivate and leverage collaborative working relationships across strategy teams, geographic leads, sales channels, and functional groups to achieve Subscription objectives
Create holistic subscriber success dashboard churn analysis with KPIs and closed feedback loop process to determine program effectiveness
Support Subscriber Success leads with robust programs to ensure streamlined processes and cross-functional (business strategy) and cross-divisional alignment
Prepare and distribute standardized daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, verifying the ongoing validity of data sources, and consistency of computer-based information input, report formats, and underlying programming
Maintain an ongoing program of standard and ad hoc report process analysis, identifying procedural improvements, more efficient data gathering / summarization / analysis techniques, advances in data manipulation and report format generation processes, and general continuous process improvement for Metrics and Reporting.
Analyze performance data, provide assessments of performance trends; identify and explain variances from goals / history / metrics, identify indicators of possible performance issues or changes in future business activities. Highlight data in significant variance from normal observations, and possible concerns for management attention.
Design, develop and generate ad hoc reports in response to requests from management. Based upon evaluation of the client/interpretation of the client’s needs, define the primary function of the report, determine data requirements / data availability, appropriate data sources (as available from various internal operating systems and databases), appropriate data system, report format/ presentation, content, and data comparisons/summaries/ key indicators. As required, (and where such data is not presently available) arrange for appropriate departments/functions to initiate data collection/reporting.

Who's a Fit:
• 4-year degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent. MBA preferred.
• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information in a polished, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. An ability to persuasively articulate ideas to all levels of the internal organization
• Knowledge using QlikView, Business Objects or similar dashboard software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly-matrixed organization requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities
