The Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital manages a pre-sales marketing team in the support of our digital sales and marketing pods. Daily responsibilities include leading ideation and creation of custom proposals, presentations, sales materials and RFP responses and collaborating with internal departments to create successful programs. The Sr. Marketing Manager will also work to position new offerings for digital sales as they come through the Ad Product process, and represent digital marketing in cross-functional task forces. The Sr.
Manager will work with each of our industry leading brands to understand tent pole events and brand voice to ensure our best assets are incorporated into our collateral. Collaboration with account management, pricing, edit and other stakeholders will be united under one voice, led by this role in collaboration with sales. Marketing leadership amongst the team will be demonstrated by innovating and sharing ideas, elevating proposals and offering assistance where needed.
Essential Job Functions

Leadership position in ideating and creating, sales collateral, proactive sales decks for our largest clients, RFP responses and other key materials for our leading sales team

Collaboration with key internal stakeholders to present Company’s best face across all of our brands to our advertiser partners.

Proactive development of marketing materials that best represent Company Digital and our brands, including researching our advertisers and developing new opportunities and programs based on that research.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Self-starting, collaborative, good-natured, hard-working hands-on marketing professional with minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales and/or account management experience; including one year of digital advertising experience. Experience ideating and creating large scale advertising programs imperative.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proven track-record in ideating and creating large scale digital advertising programs
• Proven capacity to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing, verbal and leadership skills
• Maximum proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with PhotoShop a plus.
• Ability to understand and quickly apply new technologies (ie. Social, Mobile, Tablet, Video)
