We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Marketing Automation Senior Managerin our Columbus, OH office. Does this sound like you?
Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, the Marketing Automation Senior Manager will be responsible for pipeline measurement and analytics, with an emphasis on growing our business with ROI positive campaigns This role will drive lead nurturing system design and campaign implementation, driving project scope and timeline, process and workflow documentation to engage prospects throughout their buying process – leveraging marketing automation to capture revenue across the entire marketing and sales cycle.
Critical Functions:
• Technology: Oversight and support of our marketing automation system and supporting technologies including Marketo, and the interactions with other integrated systems such as CRM, data quality and augmentation sources. Work closely with sales operations to ensure Company website meets the needs of marketing.
• Lead scoring & management: Optimize lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales for increasing efficiencies.
• Data integrity: Ensure accurate and timely synchronization between Marketo and Company website databases, and other internal and external data sources. Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the data quality of the database.
• Optimize the contact database for greater campaign effectiveness through segmentation, streamlining of the lead routing/follow-up process, and expansion (data stewardship, de-duping, cleansing, normalization, data acquisition).
• Reporting and analysis: Define business analytics and create dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of the marketing lead generation engine: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, and overall business performance. Analyze data and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness.
• Assist in designing and executing A/B and multivariate testing on emails and landing pages to continually maximize ROI.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in leveraging technologies to drive outcomes.
A successful candidate will have:
• Five plus years of experience in marketing; Three plus years of experience in demand marketing or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B industry.
• Bachelor’s degree; marketing, business or analytics strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced user of advanced marketing automation systems like Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua, Marketo Expert certification strongly preferred.
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent project including requirements gathering, design and project planning/management in a dynamic, high pressure environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Company website CRM; configuration, administration and integration with other systems.
• Experience in data cleaning and governance, managing SLA for lead generation, and implementing attribution and lead scoring.
• Experience with Analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally.
A successful candidate may have:
• Experience implementing and optimizing lead scoring models.
