JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for managing and optimizing the Company Business website and all supporting landing pages from a UI/UX perspective with a focus on sales and lead generation.
You will manage all B2B online campaigns, websites, and landing pages from inception through post-campaign analysis and summary reports. You will also be responsible for building out high-level requirements for all B2Bdigital projects.
This position is about using your strong organizational skills and creative ability to drive online sales/leads, revenue, and operating efficiencies in customer acquisition and migration for small business (SMB) Internet, Voice and TV Services.
You will find yourself working closely with external agencies and internal departments to uphold offer and target strategies to promote marketing throughout the organization. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as primary digital point of contact for all small business (SMB) marketing needs across strategic, product and various other marketing or related teams.
• Lead major web projects including redesigns and functional overhauls leveraging strong UI/UX understanding, SEO, and on site operational best practices.
• Constantly analyze website trends, fallout reports, and various sales metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to translate marketing strategies into effective creativity for online campaigns.
• Perform on-going website testing and customer focus groups to uncover customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Uphold the Company brand in all online mediums including marketing tactics, company website pages, and external sales partner websites. Represent Specgtrum core values and messaging.
• Leverage best practices for digital creativity. Integrate the functional aspects of online media from display through landing page and through the e-commerce buy-flows, maintaining the most appropriate message at each respective touch-point.
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage creative and development agencies with various small demand projects as well as larger company-wide initiatives.
• Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
• Develop, maintain and communicate online campaign calendars for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas; manage change control and creative versions.
• Partner with relevant business functions, the field and external vendors to determine targets and schedules; strategize and implement applicable tests; analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless execution.

• Ability to be a fast-paced self-motivator who must be detail oriented while able to keep multiple initiatives moving at once
• Ability to manage multiple projects, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders at one time
• Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
• Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and ability to integrate them in direct response campaigns
• Ability to identify online customer experience pitfalls and find solutions for them
• Knowledge of Online e-Commerce websites, user interfaces and experiences
• Experience employing A/B testing strategies and best practices
• Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices
• Ability to think like a customer and focus on intuitive, logical, and cohesive ways to get marketing messages across
• Ability to embody creative best practices and visionary thinking to uniquely solve marketing challenges
• Ability to manage all phases of a large project from beginning to end with sufficient autonomy
• Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects
• Ability to pay attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Must possess and exhibit honesty, integrity and ethics
• Ability to be a good team player
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
• Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services preferred
• Agency management experience strongly preferred
• Brand marketing with sales performance goals experience strongly preferred
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related discipline required.
MBA preferred.
Related Work Experience
Digital Marketing experience in consumer technology or related industries – 7+ years’
Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing an e-Commerce website – 5+ years
