Summary
The Sr. Director of Revenue Development will be a key part of the Small Business Marketing leadership team and will be responsible for developing new programs and build innovated marketing capabilities to grow revenue and reduce churn in the growing SMB customer base. This person will play a leadership role in defining and implementing customer upgrade and churn reduction programs in all areas of the customer lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and execute segment specific upgrade strategies to deliver the most effective targeted communications to customers.
• Lead marketing, data sciences and sales teams in developing automated marketing campaign capabilities and lead scoring for existing customer upgrades.
• Utilize closed Loop feedback for all customer touch points in order to improve marketing and sales efficiency.
• Expand marketing tactics and reach beyond direct mail and email to improve customer reach and increase upgrade revenue.
• Develop existing customer Go-To-Market plans for new product launches, which include messaging, targeting, direct tactics, online experience and front line talking points / education.
• Partner with Online team to optimize existing customer portal and prioritize roadmap for new functionality.
• Work with data sciences team to bring to market propensity to upgrade propensity model suite to improve outbound, inbound and direct marketing efficiency.
• Partner with Pricing and Finance teams on promo roll customer treatment and strategy to maximize revenue, while minimizing unit impact.
• Opportunity to develop new source of prospect leads by creating a marketing driven customer referral program.
• Build and execute SaaS marketing plan to increase customer attach rate of Office 365 and other SaaS programs.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate level degree preferred
• Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Highly analytical and able to develop business cases and interpret statistical results and financials
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Generally requires 12+ years related experience; customer marketing and retention experience
