Company website seeks a results-oriented eCommerce professional with experience in marketing, merchandising, planning, website design and operations. The Sr. Director of eCommerce will motivate and lead cross-functional teams to maximize the sales growth, profit and customer experience on the Company website site.
Responsibilities:
• Develop annual sales plan and expense budget for site and CRM activities, measure productivity of site and business metrics against budget and prior year
• Develop strategies to drive traffic and conversion on the site through online marketing (SEM, SEO, Retargeting, Social, Affiliate and Display) and CRM, implement and measure productivity
• Develop strategies to drive traffic at the store level through site and CRM initiatives by collaborating with cross functional teams, implement and measure productivity
• Lead customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize database development
• Lead the promotional strategy for the site
• Lead customer communication and satisfaction strategy
• Manage performance marketing programs and site vendor/partner relationships
• Lead the product assortment and merchandising strategy for the site, manage margin and inventory depth to optimize productivity
• Lead web development projects to build a best in class customer experience by evaluating the site functionality and its consistency with brand positioning
• Develop internal relationships and ensure all parties are working toward the strategic goals
• Initiate solutions to improve processes that increase overall efficiencies, revenue growth, and profitability while maximizing opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Lead and mentor the eCommerce and CRM teams for future growth
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
• 7+ years’ experience in eCommerce
• Experience working with a Fashion Brand(s)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• A strong understanding of database functionality and CRM tactics
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excels in a fast-paced environment
