Job Purpose:
The Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for organizing, executing, and analyzing the company’s digital marketing campaigns and projects. This role will focus on optimizing and growing paid search/SEM, affiliate, and display marketing activities through a combination of creative thinking, industry and product knowledge, and data-driven methodology.
Deliverables:
• Manage day-to-day paid search/SEM, affiliate, and display re-targeting activities while ensuring that revenue, ROI, and other business goals are met
• Review and optimize keyword coverage and bid management, negative keyword strategies, text ad copywriting, landing page experiences, and conversion flow
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and asses against KPIs
• Identify trends and provide insight on ways to optimize spend
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including buyers, site merchandisers, IT, and digital creative, to optimize digital marketing effectiveness and support cross-channel sales
• Work closely with affiliates management vendor to manage program details and optimization opportunities
• Research and evaluate the latest PPC industry trends and competitor’s efforts to identify and implement new opportunities
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard updates
• Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by management
Job Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
• BS or BA degree required, marketing background a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in managing digital marketing channels, specifically with PPC/paid search & affiliates marketing in a retail fashion environment
• Working knowledge of major paid search platforms including Google AdWords and Bing Ads, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Coremetrics
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills for making data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with great attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work under little guidance, in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
