The Community Manager is responsible for the following duties:• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the client campaign and client goals, and develops analytical skill set• Has an advanced understanding of social media platforms and strategies utilized for campaign deliverables and goals• Writes blog posts for relevant Insights specific topics• Advanced understanding of social listening tools, third party web metrics services, and specific platform analytic tools• Participates in understanding social behavior and consumer behavior research and leverages tools like Forrester, Pew, etc.
Experience with media/media buying and marketing strategies and tactics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS All must be met to be Company websiteIONBA/BS DegreeEXPERIENCE- Experience in Marketing Industry- Self-starter with two or more of the following skills and experience (2-4 years):> Sales> Publicity and Promotions> Project Management- Identifies and implements creative approaches and solutions to outreach- Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills (telephone etiquette)- Experience with grassroots/online promotions and marketing strategies/tactics- Works well in fast-paced team oriented environment, is highly organized with a strong attention to detail- Energetic and Enthusiastic.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Familiarity with blogging software, HTML, Microsoft Office products, social networks video sharing and podcasting.
