The Company Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.
The Marketing Revenue team is currently seeking qualified candidates, for the position of Specialist, Marketing Transformationto join their team in Mississauga. We are looking for an individual with strong marketing knowledge and analytical skills. The Specialist position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation to develop and transform the marketing organization’s process, systems and people, with a focus on Next Best Action. This position will partner with other marketers and business intelligence primes to provide thoughtful insights and recommendations to drive revenue. It is critical this position works collaboratively with cross-functional marketing, operations and project teams on a variety of initiatives.
Accountabilities:
• Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and support of the marketing team to be best in class; with a goal of improving the client experience and increasing revenue
• Drive the marketing objectives with external partners, IT, Channels and Business Intelligence to optimize the marketing process, people and tools
• Implementation of capital budget projects and system enhancements
• Assist the Senior Manager with ‘Next Best Action’ strategy and optimization activities within the Company Mobility marketing organization, including:
◦ Governance
◦ Reporting & Insights
◦ System enhancements
• Participate in Marketing Operations governance within the marketing organization, working with stakeholder teams and identifying systems and process improvements
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
• Business experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the telecommunications and information technology sector
• Business experience in strategy, financial and sales analytics
• Knowledge of Company Mobility processes; specifically, Retail and/or Care environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with members of cross-functional teams to deliver projects, system enhancements, and reports on-time
• Strong PowerPoint skills are essential in this role
• Highly analytical and strong ability to use data to provide meaningful insights
• Excellent skills with respect to negotiating, making presentations, conducting analyses and summarizing information
• High sense of urgency & ability to prioritize bases on revenue benefits
• Strong financial management and business analysis, communication and social skills
• Strong team spirit and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and deliver multiple projects
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and internal clients
• Strategic thinker with ability to quickly identify and understand issues and opportunities in an environment that is highly dynamic and competitive
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
