The Company Marketing Team builds and supports the Company brand and business, and the brand and businesses of our partners, by leveraging and expressing customer insight through all Company touch points and external media in a way that builds the Company community, drives preference and action, and attracts and retains customers.
A Day in the Life
This Brand Specialist executes and tracks all tactical support from the initial request to the final results. She/he will support the Brand team acting as a liaison between Brand Marketing and Creative Services, Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Digital Marketing and select partners to ensure all assets are gathered and tasks are executed on time. The Brand Specialist will manage and/or lead specific marketing programs and provide support across their team on select initiatives.
• Work with internal and external partners to gather and disseminate brand assets
• Assist in the creation of unique, ownable positioning statements for designated brands that sets them apart from one another in the mind of the consumer
• Manage UMO (Unica Marketing Operations) creation for new projects, brands, and campaigns
• Manage Company Package Insert program
• Manage Spotlight briefings
• Assist Program Guide briefing, review and approvals for select brands
• Assist with Social Media process with Social team and partners
• Execute designated tactics for brand events, launches and initiatives

Must Haves
• BA/BS required in related field
• 1 year of marketing experience
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills
• Analytical, critical-thinking problem-solving and presentation skills
• Understanding of marketing and category management
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to build strong relationships with partners, both externally and internally
• Ability to establish priorities in order to consistently meet deadlines and achieve desired results
• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must haves"
Nice to Haves
• 2+ years of marketing experience
