Our Accessories team in Sourcing is looking for a Coordinator who will manage the seasonal placement and follow-through of finished goods (Hard Accessories), ensuring uphold supply chain standards and consistantly deliver a high quality product, on time and at the right price.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate seasonal buying/production calendar to vendors, including unit plans & negotiate minimums as applicable.
• Working with Planning for guidance on forecasts for main line & replenishment.
• Responsible for accuracy of ‘Final Range’ data in SAP and PLM
• Study pre-buy vs. actual & work with RMM team to ensure that all vendors receive necessary raw materials and trims in order to enable to deliver goods on agreed ex-factory date.
• Manage final price negotiations & margin, providing seasonal price analyses across vendors and product categories (including counter – sourcing requests when applicable).
• Monitor on-time deliveries from vendors, troubleshooting with team & business partners as necessary
• Participate in weekly merchandising cross-functional, customer operations and production status meetings
• Deal with NC’s and act as a liaison between vendor and QA with regards to all QA issues.
• Partner with product dev. each season to determine vendor allocation.
• Partner with Technical Services each season on sealing approval dates required by production calendar & ensure compliance.
• Manage team efficiency through monitoring workload & prioritization
• Preparation of data on both a routine and ad hoc basis, in order to ensure that any issues that may affect on-time delivery of goods are raised at the earliest opportunity.
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Previous experience in production/manufacturing similar role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Excel/Word/Powerpoint
• Previous SAP/PLM experience is desirable
• Demonstrable costing & negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication & time management skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with peers and cross-functional business partners
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to travel if required
• Organised, efficient, self-motivated, solution- oriented individual
• Works well as both team leader & team member
• Adaptable to change
• Fluent in Italian
