We are now looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join THE OUTNET marketing team.
The Performance Marketing Manager helps guide the strategy and implementation of our digital performance marketing, which includes PPC, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliates and Display. Reporting to our Head of Global Marketing they assist in the overall strategy definition for THE OUTNET working with the internal Group Performance team to ensure day-to-day optimisation of campaigns, running tests, collaborating on projects and identifying opportunities to improve and scale performance. The main focus of this role will be to optimise the budget allocation between all performance channels to ensure a balance between branding and ROI activities are at the heart of all we do.
Key to the role will be to partner with the Trading teams to ensure we’re always agile and able to optimise and innovate based on data-driven insights. Saying this, there is a huge opportunity to test and grow our other Digital channels which will be vital to our continuing growth.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all performance channels for THE OUTNET are performing.
• Define global budgets across all performance channels (Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates) and forecast the business contribution of each.
• Define relevant search KPIs to ensure that the overall contribution to revenue and business growth through search is the maximum.
• Manage PPC and digital activity across THE OUTNET, including strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimisation to ensure delivery against specific KPI’s.
• Become a strong partner to the Off-Season Group Performance team based in Italy to help them reach agreed KPI’s aligned to THE OUTNET’s business strategy.
• Partner with all group functions to ensure Search is integrated within the company’s life cycle.
• Working alongside the Brand Marketing Manager to act as a custodian and guardian of the brand messaging on all performance channels.
• Ensure channel synergies are implemented and each paid channel is properly optimised.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and scale via a mix of new channels.
• Work with the development and product teams to help with any A/B tests where appropriate as well as coming up with ideas on how we can make things better.
• Proactively monitoring the latest trends and making suggestions where necessary.
• Campaign restructuring and optimisation
• Dayparting, geo-targeting and bid adjustments
Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience of leading successful performance marketing teams and strategies ideally within the luxury ecommerce/retail industry with experience of managing large scale paid search accounts on an international scale.
• Excellent knowledge of search engines paid advertising products, features, settings and optimisation possibilities.
• Proven hands-on experience optimising direct response paid search activity.
• Hands on, numbers and results driven.
• Passionate about search and the digital world.
• Creative, challenging, capable of thinking differently and developing new ways of working.
• Happy and generous team player, open to sharing ideas and knowledge and developing a high performing team.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
