Social Media Manager, Masterbrand
Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
You will be responsible for the strategic direction and will oversee the operational management of social media marketing activity for the Companies umbrella masterbrand social accounts (Company website, Company website and Company website). Managing a busy team of three, the role facilitates a pan-Company approach by reflecting and amplifying the full output of the Company across multiple brands, products and experiences whilst representing the Company as a life-enhancing brand.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have an infectious passion for social media and audience engagement with demonstrable experience in managing high profile online communities. You love what you do and youre an innovator, always looking to push and test the boundaries of emerging social media technology and capabilities. Youre a brilliant manager, effective leader and chief plate spinner who is able to manage an incredibly busy team,multiple stakeholders and brands within a complex, matrix environment. You champion social analytics to inform strategic approach with working knowledge in tools such as Brandwatch or Social Studio. An interest in, and willingness to explore, emerging profiling and targeting options on social platforms is desired but not essential.
