• Expert-level understanding and application of technical, on-page, off-page, mobile, local, international and e-commerce SEO skills.
• Common deliverables include: SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analyses, mobile optimization, technical SEO consultation, on-page optimization, content development workflow support, off-page asset optimization, linkbuilding, local listing optimization, analysis and reporting.
• Think beyond tactical SEO execution to deliver high-level strategic recommendations for custom-tailored, best-in-class SEO for each client.
• Develop and consult on search engine optimization efforts that provide tangible results for clients based on previously defined goals.
• Stay current on the latest SEO tools, reporting capabilities, and influencers to help keep Company at the forefront of the industry. Proactively keep clients and internal Company teams informed on current SEO trends and changes.
• Lead SEO projects of all sizes and take an active role in growing the SEO business for each client.
• Have a solid understanding of how Channel activities integrate with organic search, including paid search, social media, mobile marketing, PR, and analytics. Be prepared to collaborate and leverage these disciplines to benefit clients.

Required Experience:
Experience
• Agency experience required
• Enterprise, Fortune 500 and multinational clients preferred
• E-commerce/shopping/retail search experience preferred
• Management and leadership experience with direct reports
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing, advertising, business or communications field preferred
• 5-7+ years industry experience
• Google Analytics certification a plus, not required
